The Bar
Hand-crafted from African Redwood Mahogany, the bar at The Kora was the first fully wooden bar of its kind in The Gambia. Since then many have attempted to emulate the aesthetic appeal and qualities. We are flattered that others have modeled their designs on ours.

Our Wines
Our wines have been carefully selected and tested to strike a balance between old world and new world, varietals and price points. Currently we are updating our fine selection for the new 2009/10 upcoming season.

Our Vodkas
The Kora is proud of having an extensive collection of vodka varieties, the largest such collection in the country.

Stolichnaya, our signature imported Russian vodka is the world's best-selling vodka. Fondly known as Stoli, the drink has built a formidable reputation which comes from using the highest quality ingredients and the best distillation and filtration processes.

Carefully distilled, then filtered four times, Stolichnaya has a smooth and velvety character which has won it loyal fans around the world. Born and bred in Moscow, the drink is part of Russia's heritage. The name is Russian for "of the capital city".



Specialty Cocktails
We are always striving to re-invent old classics and inject a twist into contemporary concoctions. New for this year we have a frozen blended selection including a Black Current Daiquiri and a Strawberry Margarita, both having been made with real fruit.
